Directions:

  • Utilize 1/3 cup per person per portion
  • Rinse the teff thoroughly with cold water (it is fine, so may contain small sand particles)
  • Tip into the pot and add an even amount of water and a pinch of salt
  • Place over medium heat and bring to the boil for 15 - 20 minutes
  • Water will be absorbed into teff
  • Fluff up with a fork
  • Serve and enjoy nourishing your beautiful body with life and love
