Directions:

  • Utilise 1/3 cup per person per portion
  • Rinse the quinoa with cold water
  • Tip into the pot and add double the amount of water and a pinch of salt
  • Place over medium heat and bring to the boil for ten minutes
  • Reduce to a simmer for 5 - 10 minutes, or until tender and the liquid is absorbed
  • Fluff up with a fork
  • Serve and enjoy nourishing your beautiful body with life and love
  • Can be added to salads, stir-fries, roasted veggies, into baking, used as a gluten-free porridge and many more!
